    Appetizers : Honey and goat cheese bricks.
    Main dish : Quiche Lorraine with goat cheese and honey.
    Dessert : Peaches roasted in the barbecue and honey cream.

    Honey meal



    Ingredients
    ▪4 brick sheets
    ▪4 goat cheeses
    ▪8 tablespoons of honey

    First step.
       Preheat the oven at 180°C.

    2nd step.
       Spread 2 honey spoons on each brick sheet.

    3rd step.
       Put a slice of goat cheese in the middle.
    Fold the brick. Proceed the same way for each.

    4th step.
       Put in the oven for 8 minutes.
    Return the bricks halfway trough cooking.



    Quiche Lorraine with goat cheese

    Honey meal



    For 4 people
    Ingredients:
    ▪5 eggs
    ▪200g of bacon cubes
    ▪200g of goat cheese
    ▪Liquid honey
    ▪a puff pastry roll
    ▪a pinch of garlic
    ▪20cL of fresh cream

    First step.
        Unwrap the puff pastry and follow the recommended pre-cooking instructions.

    2nd step.
       In a stove cook the bacon cubes without any fat. When they're almost cooked add honey and mix.

    3rd step.
        Beat the eggs and add salt and garlic powder.

    4th step.
       Add cream and bacon cubes.

    5th step.
       Mix the ingredients.

    6th step.
       Take the cooked pastry out of the oven.

    7th step.
       Pour the egg-bacon mix in the bottom.

    8th step.
       Cut slices of goat cheese and put them onto the quiche.

    9th step.
       Put in the oven (200-220°C) for 25 minutes.



    Barbecue-roasted peaches and honey cream.

    Honey meal



    Ingredients:
    ▪4 peaches
    ▪2 spoons of honey
    ▪125g of greek yogurt
    ▪100g of walnuts
    ▪1 pinch of vanilla powder
    ▪1 pinch of cinnamon
    ▪mint leaves

    First step.
       Cut the peaches into two and remove the peach-stones.

    2nd step.
        Place them on the grid of the barbecue. 3 minutes on each side.

    3rd step.
       Mix the yogurt with the spices and honey.

    4th step.
       Fill the hot peaches with cream. Sprinkle with blueberries and crushed walnuts.
    Decorate with mint.
