THE GINGERBREAD
The Gingerbread is a honey cake flavoured with spices like cinnamon, star anise seeds, anise seeds or cloves.
The recipe :

Quantity : for 9 people
Preparation : 15 minutes
Baking : 40-50 minutes
The ingredients :
- 0.77 lb of honey
- 0.57 lb of flour
- 0.22 lb of whole milk
- 0.09 lb of brown sugar
- 0.02 lb of baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoonful of ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoonful of anise seed
Material :

- Salad bowl
Preparation :
First and foremost, put the flour, the baking powder, the brown sugar and all the spices in a bowl. Afterward, make a well in the dry mixture, add the eggs, the milk and mix it all together without making lumps. Then, add the honey and mix well. Spread the dough in the cake pan and next, you can preheat the oven to 338°F, wait and place your preparation into the oven for 40 to 50 minutes. Check the cooking with the tip of a knife.
When it's cooked, you can just enjoy....without moderation !!!
