    Recipe Pizza honey goat cheese

    Preparation time : 45 minutes

    For 4 people

    Difficulty : easy



    Utensils :

    -Oven

    -Parchment paper

    -Rolling pin

    -Knife

    -Grater

    -Wooden spoon

     

    Ingredients :

    For the base :

    - 0.55 ln of flour

    -15 fl oz water

    -3 teaspoons of olive oil

    -1 pinch of salt

    -1 sachet of yeast

    For the garnish :

    -1 log of goat's cheese

    -4 teaspoons of liquid honey

    -7 fl oz of sour cream

    -some olives

    -grated cheese

    Begin to cook the base:

    Firstly, put the flour, the salt and the yeast in a dish. Mix well.

    Then create like a little hole and pour the water and the teaspoons of olive oil.

    Next, mix the preparation with a wooden spoon until the base becomes a big lump. After knead it with your hand to form a ball. If it's sticky, you can add flour and knead it again.

    Finally, cover with a cloth and let the dough rise during 2 hours.



    For the garniture:

    Firstly, you have to spread the base over some parchment paper and distibute it in a round oven dish with a minimum of crust.

    Then, pour the totality of the pot of sour cream into the dish and spread it out well.

    Thirdly, cut the goat's cheese into slices or little lumps, and distribute it on the pizza.

    After, add the liquid honey uniformly, and after add the grated cheese.

    Next, add a little bit of honey on the cheese and eventually some olives.

    Afterwards let it cook on the 6th thermostat for abour thirty minutes, and don't forget to keep an eye !

    To finish, remove the dish of the oven once the dough has turned golden underneath.

    Enjoy your pizza !!

  • A Little Recipe For Honey Lovers

     

    Ingredients:

     - 300g of chicken

    -800g of pasta

    - 50cL of sour cream

    -2 table spoons of mustard

    -1 table spoon of honey

    -1 knob of butter

    -salt, pepper, garlic in powder 

    Steps:

    1- boil some water

    2- put some pasta in it

    3- carve the chicken

    4-grease the pan with the knob of butter

    6-brown the chicken

    7-add the salt, the pepper and the garlic in powder 

    8-once the chicken is ready, add the sour cream, the mustard and the honey

    9-mix the preparation with the pasta

    10-you can also add some cheese on it

    ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!!

  • A famous cake in North Africa : MAKROUT Makrout

     

    Ingredients:

    Orange blossom, honey, frying oil, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 250g of date dough (0,5pounds), 30g of sugar (0,06pounds), 1 pinch of salt, 1 bowl of melted butter, and 3 bowls of semolina, 800g (1,7pounds).

     

    1.     1. In a big bowl, melt the semolina, the butter, the salt, and the sugar. Add the butter and crush the semolina with your fingers. Add oil, and mix to obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.

    2.     2.While the dough is resting (at least 10minutes), mix dates dough with cinnamon, and orange blossom. Put in the fridge.

    3.      3.Divide the dough into 4 and make sticks (the order is to have a semolina dough with the dates dough inside) and put  the dates dough inside, by doing sticks (see photos to understand better!)

             4.With a makrout buffer (or with a fork), decorate the dough. And finally cut them in a diamond shape. These are makrouts.

    5.    5. Fry them, and dive them in oil and honey. Drip, and let them cool down.

     FINISH! Makrout is a traditional cake that is often eaten when it’s el Aid.

    vanilla sugar packet

     

    1 pinch of salt

     

    1/2 sachet of yeast

                                                                               2 teaspoons of honey

     

                                                                                chocolate (as you want)

     

    How make it 

     

     First of all, preheat the oven at 428 °F

     

    Mix the flour, the sugars, the yeast and the salt,

     

    Melt the butter,

     

    In an other big bowl put the egg, the butter and the honey.

                                                                                                       • Add the chocolate,

    Honey Muffins

     

    Ingredients:                                                              preparation time: 15 minutes

    -2 cups flour                                                              Cooking time: 15 minutes

    -1/4 cup brown sugar

    -2 Tsp baking powder                                                -6 Tbsp orange juice

    -1 Tsp baking soda                                                    -1/3 cup butter

    -1/2 teaspoon salt                                                     -1 Tsp vanilla extract

    -2 beaten eggs

    -6 Tbsp honey

     

    Preparation:

    1-Preheat oven to 374 F° and butter the muffins tins.

    2-Mix well the ingredients into 2 separate bowls:

    3-Mixture n°1: flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and baking soda.

    4-Mixture n°2: eggs, honey, orange juice, butter and vanilla.

    5-Make a well in the center of the first, mix and put the second mixture in it.

    6-Mix lightly and quickly but be careful not to beat the dough too much. It must be lumpy.

    7- Take a tablespoon and fill 2/3 of the muffin tins with the dough. Put the tins in the oven between 15 and 20 minutes.

    8-Let it cool down and taste them.
